This is one of the best childcare facilities around the Winston-​Salem area. They are very clean, diverse, helpful, have lots of parent interaction/​involvement. My child has had an awesome experience here at Promise Preschool, before Promise Preschool he had never been to a daycare of any sort. I like that they prep the children and teach them based on the public school curriculum, and my child was ready and eager to go to class everyday!!! I would recommend Promise Preschool any day to anyone in need of quality care for their child/​children at an affordable rate!!!
