These guys did a great job on our carpets. We have a large amount of carpet on one story of the house, and berber in the basement. They did a great job with the carpet. The few stains we had are gone. They did more than they promised with the berber, but apparently it’s really difficult to clean. We were mostly concerned about getting all the dog hairs out of it, so they used their powerful vacuum on it. They cleaned the rooms in a logical order. They left the carpets not too wet, so it was easy enough to walk on them. They were extra careful with my great-grandmother’s dining set. I was altogether impressed, and impressed by what seemed to be a pretty low price! They even paused for a while because I had to have the cable guy there at the same time.
