I had high hopes for this place when I recently took my computer to be diagnosed over a week ago. I do like that they will run a diagnostic test without charging. However, for them to keep it over a week, not to mention they closed early many days when I went to try to pick it back up. When I say closed early, I am referring to being closed by 2pm vs the posted 6pm. That’s 4 hours early without notice! Not just one time, but a total of 4 times. I would show up and the door was locked with a sign on it. They never were able to figure out what was wrong with it and why it would overheat. I ended up figuring out on my own this afternoon I needed a new fan for it. Overall, I was very underwhelmed by the lack of service, random closing times and lack of professionalism I experienced. The best part was not having to waste money on any of it other than the gas to drive across town and back every time. I wish my old shop, Dragonware, was still open. The sign was also hard to find on Reynolda considering its a busy road. I think a suggestion would be to either leave on the answering machine a message that they have closed early or even a webpage since it is a computer repair store. The clientele is more than likely on their computers or internet quite often.
