This place is great; its hip and its new location is conveniently located downtown (with plenty of parking). My stylist is heather and she’s amazing! I have long hair and get the works (cut, layers, highlights, etc.) and she’s very patient with me and does great quality work every time. I also have wavy hair and she’s good at styling it and recommending good products to use.
They are very welcoming and always offer refreshments (i.e. — water, soda, coffee, wine). I don’t think I’ve met one rude person there. I always feel welcomed & never judged; you can walk in with your workout clothes on or in business attire either way you’ll get treated the same.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because at times it can be very hard to get someone on the phone. Sometimes, I have to call at least three times to change an appointment which is ridiculous so I always make sure to schedule my next appointment when I’m there.
