Used them before, but never wrote a review. I’ll disclaimer it by saying that I actually know Scott (owner) from BNI from a couple years back.
Shane was the tech that came out. He answered every question I asked about HVAC and told me ways to actually maintain the system better. I also asked for some recommendations for vents and such to perhaps help out with the hot/​cold situations during the seasons which he happily offered some suggestions.
Not many techs will tell you that you can probably find information on the Internet, but he’ll suggest… (insert brand), but he did. That’s awesome service.
We don’t get HVAC service done every year, but when we do, we choose Wall-​Turner.
