I don’t think that the flavor of Zaxby’s chicken holds up to other similar competitors. I’m not a fan of their sauces either. It just seems like the food is missing something. The service at this location has been hit or miss. Make sure to request your sauces and condiments when ordering to avoid the stink-eye at the window. Drive-thru can be a little bit on the slow side, but if you’re dining in, the counter service is very friendly and quick. I did try their birthday cake milkshake and it is pretty darn good. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to eat Zaxby’s food again though.

Newer location. Fast counter service, kinda slow drive-thru. Consistent flavor/quality to other locations. Clean dining room and friendly staff make for an enjoyable visit.
