I played at St. Andrews yesterday. I loved it. Very cheap prices for a great game of golf! The staff is really nice and they’ll joke around with you a lot. Very friendly. The only bad part about coming when it’s crowded is the other people that are in front or behind you. Even if they suck they will still complain but you can’t take that out on the course. So this course is amazing to me. I’ll go back and back and back. Love it.

A really challenging course. Starts off with an onerous par 5, then sends you along the neighborhood for another 8 holes before guiding you to the woods for the back 9. Do NOT attempt to walk this(not even sure if that’s an option). Our pair started at 3:30 on a Friday, wedged between a slow threesome ahead and a fast single behind us. Thankfully those college kids ahead of us were good sports and let us play through. You must shape every single shot on this course — it’s very hilly. I think there are a grand total of two flat holes. Surprising amount of litter. Combined with tall grass, this made balls difficult to find at times. I would like to go back. It’s a little out of the way, but it feels like this is how golf was meant to be played.

Greens could be better. Pro Shop women behind the counter could be nicer. Over 100 degrees and not a soul on the course. I had pre-paid for 3 rounds online at a great price and then had a 4th join. Instead of working with us, the 4th had to pay full price. Not too happy. The women was a total b**** about it. I may not return. Very slow play!!!
