Enterprise Rent-A-Car

An Employee, Cheryl, was extremely condescending and rude to me when speaking with her over the phone questioning about how tolls were handled. Also, when first picking up my rental, I overheard her getting an attitude with a customer over the phone. Horrible customer service! I would recommend using someplace else! How do companies thrive these day when treating customers with such disrespect?!

Everything went very well. I had the rental due to my car being in the shop. GEICO set up the rental. They came and picked me up. The car was very nice, and very clean.

I rented from the Winter Garden location twice in one week. The first time I had to wait for 30 minutes while the car was «cleaned». Once I got the vehicle, being 30 minutes late, I rushed off only to find the interior dirty. I mentioned it when I returned the car and they knocked off 10% on this rental and 10% off my next rental. Bravo ! The next rental was also filthy inside and I couldn’t wait for them to «clean» it again. So next time I will go into Clermont and rent from Budget. Not as convenient, but at least they have clean cars.

I’ve rented from Enterprise in the past first time at this location. The customer was phenomenal just when I thought customer service no longer existed. There was Naomi to save the day. The wait time was short. The overall whole process was in and out!

I’ve always had a great experience at the Winter Garden location. Victor, Pablo and Chris are professional and give great customer service! I had a mechanical issue with my last rental but the road side service, Victor, and the Atlanta airport location got me back on the road quickly in another car.

Great Location. Picked me up from a local business, they had to wait for me almost an hour. When I arrived at the store my car was ready to go, everything lined up. No mention of my schedule interrupting their day, just great service. I forgot my Drivers License and received a call not five minutes after leaving. Can’t say enough about this location. Great work!

The process to rent was super easy. I received a nice big white Tahoe that fit all 7 of us to our road trip to Miami. I’ll be renting from here again.

My experience with this enterprise rental car facility was very pleasant. They picked me up on time and were very polite, they didn’t oversell or force-​feed any extra insurance coverage on me then what I asked for the car was clean and ran perfect with no issues. In the process of renting the car was flawless and only took about 10 minutes. Are you a four star is only because the exterior of the car was quite dirty I did expect a little more cleanliness, but in the same breath they did give me a free upgrade, but it’s hard to be perfect if you have five stars, you have nothing to strive for so you get four just to keep you on your toes.

Janet deserves the Heismann of Customer Service. She helped us when we had to get a car while our vehicle was in the body shop.
Answered all of our questions and had a positive attitude that is refreshing! Checking in was also very easy. I will rent from this location again because they ROCK!

Stephanie is such a rock star! She helped me out and kept me calm when i was stressed with finances and my car wreck. She supported me and helped with communication as the liaison between me and the insurance company paying for the rental. Thank you so much Stephanie!

The people here were wonderful! I was having some troubles coordinating with Geico and the tow agency. They were so kind and even stayed open a few minutes late just for me. After being picked up, the entire process only took about 5 minutes! I have always been a bit disappointed with most rental agencies but this time I was pleasantly surprised!

I rented from Enterprise at the Winter Garden location for 4^th of July weekend. I was driving out of state to New Orleans. Upon pick-​up we were advised even though we booked «unlimited» mileage, we would be charged .20 per mile for any mileage driven 600 miles outside of Florida. Didn’t think much of it since New Orleans is roughly 660 miles out from Florida and was okay paying the extra 60 miles at .20. Upon returning the car we were told we owe an additional 200 plus due to mileage overage. They only gave us a maximum total of 600 miles for the entire rental. We explained that is not what we were told and why would we rent the car if we knew we were driving to New Orleans. Who would rent a car for 400 dollars for 3 days. The manager stated it was not her fault if we interpreted the information incorrectly, making it seem as though we were stupid and had not passed the first grade. She was not very helpful but was surely very nasty. I asked if I could get the number to corporate and she stated not sure why you want corporate if they wont be able to help you. We cant help it if you did not understand the terms. I again asked for corporate and reluctantly she gave me an 800 customer service number (definitely not corporate as I asked for). Since she would not give me corporate, I googled it myself and found the information. On 07.09.14 I emailed Pamela Nicholson, William Synder and Matthew Darrah (Enterprise executives). To this day I have not received a response. I would advise to choose another rental company. They are very sneaky with their charges and from the executive level on down do not understand the meaning of good customer service. BEWARE, they will try to overcharge you even though they give you false information.

Cars are dirty, old and run poorly. Rented from this location 5 times with no improvement. Staff is nice and friendly.

The ladies at this location (specifically Stephanie and Naomi) know what good customer service is all about.
I recently had to rent a truck for a few days while mine was in the shop and my insurance carrier sent me here. I can’t imagine having to rent a car or truck is ever really fun but the ladies made the best of it. They made sure everything was explained to me in detail and made sure all my questions were answered before moving on.
The whole process was fairly quick and painless, they did their due diligence in explaining all the services I could purchase (insurance, etc) but didn’t shove it down my throat.
If I ever need to rent again I will look no further.

Ugh! This place is absolutely the WORST! If your auto insurance sends you here due to claim, request another location as you will be paying out the nose before you are done! This location will do anything in their power to make up charges to get any additional $ they can out of you, once the insurance company is done. The first time, I didn’t know better and I picked the closest Enterprise location, as my prior insurance company used them for claims. After such a poor experience, I have to wonder if insurance companies & Enterprise collude to upcharge you/​deny claims and then split the proceeds. Of course, this location can never «pick you up» (their catchphrase) — there’s only a few slots per day or that’s what they said. I could wait til the next day though or hitch a ride as my car was totaled. Then, they didn’t have the smaller car I requested. Got a gas hog in the Dodge Charger– LOVE it! Read the fine print, if you can, but nowhere on the contract does it mention their hours — this location closes early Saturday (noon) and is not open Sundays (which is when my 30 days of insurance rental was up). If you’re a minute late, they will try to charge you an extra day, even if you are unable to return due to their being closed. Despite dropping off before opening, they tried to charge me for two extra days and an exhorbitant detailing charge, despite my bringing a wet/​dry vac to the facility to finish off the cleaning after spending 1.5 hours the day before. Careful if you have dogs or happen to have a 501c3 dog rescue! One stray dog hair and they’ll try to charge you $ 200 to clean. Now, after my boyfriend’s experience through our new insurance company (he didn’t learn from my mistake!), apparently there is some clause hidden in the fine print of the contract that you may not transport dogs in the vehicle. Give me a frickin’ break!!! Don’t live your life if you rent from this Enterprise. Oh, and our new insurance company, despite extending the rental a few days at a time (annoying!) to the full 30 days, forgot to send over the final extension to Enterprise and after one letter 5 weeks after the car was turned in, they claimed they were sending the balance to collections. I get that they can’t extend a rental period if the insurance company hasn’t authorized but they won’t even pick up a phone to get in touch with their contact at the insurance company?! It’s all automated through their computer system and they do very little to assist the client, forget going above & beyond! Customer service is NON-​existent and they enjoy threatening you over the phone, refusing to let you speak to a supervisor or the person who signed the letter you received.
Watching those happy (but utterly false) Enterprise commercials after two experiences here makes me want to vomit. NEVER AGAIN — if I’m ever forced to deal with them again, I’ll walk first!

Super friendly staff. Very fast and efficient process. I will definitely visit this location again. In the past renting a car from the airport has been a nightmare mostly due to rude service. Not the case at this location. Got a Kia Optima Hybrid and it was awesome. Saving on gas and enjoyed all the technology in the car.

I really cannot think of anything that this location could improve upon. Staff is super positive and helpful, even helping me carry my bags and load the car.
Just so you know, there is a hold that is place on your card when you rent, but it is taken off once the car is returned. You receive 250 free miles and anything over that you are charged per mile.. .not sure by how much as I traveled under 250 miles.
Everything was quick, and the car was great. I will definitely rent here again!

Great staff… Got a Cadillac to drive to Miami and it was amazing…
