This is an amazing place!!! Where else can you go where everyone is like family and you get the awesome opportunity to see horses and people’s lives change for the better! I have seen so many good things happen for people and horses! I love to go here and it is a place that is safe positive and inviting. My daughter has been going since she 7 and is now 10 she has learned so much and has seen so many positive uplifting live changing moments that will forever be etched in her life. I am so thankful for all of the caring people horses and wonderful experiences from here.

***An update for the lack of responsiveness*** First, I will confess to omitting my scheduling difficulties for the first lesson, however, I had reasoned that it was understandable. In hindsight, the process could use much improvement. Getting the first lesson: After a couple of calls, I was able to schedule it. The day before it rained and the lesson was canceled but I was not notified. So the day of, I called to find out the status and had to leave a message. I was called back about 45 minutes prior to the start time(after I had left the house to head there but hadn’t got very far). I was told that it was canceled and I was not contacted because my phone number could not be found. I gave a pass on this. When I reschedule, I also scheduled for my cousin, who came in town for a visit, to also have a riding lesson. This time we made it all the way to the place only to be told that this lesson was canceled. Unknown to me, I received a text message 15 minutes before, saying it was canceled. 15 minutes is not sufficient notice, however, I overlooked this only because their reason included unforseen family circumstances. Although I was upset, I said that I would reschedule for myself. Third time is the charm… right? Well, I think my first review indicates that the lesson went well. I was even contemplating becoming a regular and got info on their summer camps for kids. In general conversation, I was told that I could call or text to schedule the second ride. Herein lies the rub, getting the second lesson: I sent a text on May 29 th to schedule the second ride and included the dates of availability. No response. I called on June 5th and 9th, and left messages about setting up the second ride. Again including my dates of availability. As of today, I still have not heard back from Majestic Riding Stables. This saddens me for many reasons but mostly because I was really looking forward to potentially taking on a new hobby and I think the business concept along with what they do –rescue horses & working with the youth– is so awesome.
