I had a nightmare computer experience with another shop and called to see if I could get help setting up my email account which would not send or receive messages. They put the tech on the phone, he established a remote into my laptop and within five minutes the problem was fixed! I expected to get a bill, but Matthew said it was no big deal and I didn’t even get charged. This is customer service as good as it gets.

These guys helped me clean up a laptop my kids junked up from Facebook at a reasonable rate and it only took one day. They were also polite and answered all the tech questions I had.
