This is the WORST WENDYS IVE EVER BEEN AT… Hands down
Food is never fresh
Stale fries hard buns just gross
And you’ll ALWAYS Have a wait even if you’re the only one in line.

Winter Haven, FL
This is one of two Wendy’s in Winter Haven, the other one has a large selection of beverages, including caffeine free soda and free refills, this one does not, the drinks are filled behind the counter. The employees are super friendly, but, the restaurant just screams out cheap and not in a good way. The décor is dated and the seating was uncomfortable and as another reviewer pointed out, it was hot in the restaurant. (An attempt to sell more drinks perhaps?).
The word that comes to mind when thinking of this Wendy’s is «dismal».

Either this store has the worst luck in air conditioning or the manager keeps the air off in the dining area. Tried this Wendy’s two times in the last two years and both times it was 80 degrees in there.
