Chef Hans Cafe

Chef Henry’s Café was recently sold to Stefanie Gadient and is now operating under Chef Han’s name. Never having been to Chef Henry’s, I cannot compare the two.
Now with all that out of the way– Let me say how much I loved this place. My husband and I felt totally welcomed by our lovely server and the food was comforting and delicious!
Started with a dinner salad with the best house dressing ever– sort of like a honey mustard vinaigrette-​yum) with a basket of freshly baked bread-​awesome.
We shared a platter of different sausages and sort of like a ground pork roll seasoned with lots of paprika. This was served with perfectly roasted potato wedges on a bed of home made sauerkraut with delicious sausage jus.
Dessert was a Linzer torte served with fresh whipped cream.
So. Fucking. Good.
I loved everything about this place– we’re SO coming back.
