iStorage Winter Park Forsyth

Terrible storage company. The hallways for the indoor temperature controlled storage units are so thin that it’s extremely hard to bring in anything that is a little big. I had trouble squeezing in a queen size mattress. I was using the company that previously owned it called Ulock It which got bought out by iStorage. Without notice my rates were increased, an added insurance monthly charge was added without my approval and god forbid if you are more than 6 days late. They charge you an extra $ 20 for a week late and then an additional $ 30 fee if you are two weeks late. The management is extremely rude. I’ve made calls to pay my account and I always get sent to VM and then they don’t call back. The online account to pay your bill also has issues and the password retrieval doesn’t work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I cannot wait till I move in to a new house so I can finally get my stuff out of there.

The people who run his place are just total jerks. If your a band looking to practice here over night don’t bother. Randomly took us off overnight access, we called at least 6 times asking if we’re were back on and every time she said yes it should work tonight. Sure enough bring two half stacks and a kit and we don’t have 24 hour access. Hunt her down and finally get her to do what we had been originally paid for. Then she goes inside of unit, rum ages through our trash and takes pictures of a six pack of beer and a few yenglings. And kicks us off over night access again.
I would seriously rather pay somebody to set my testicles on fire than to have to deal with this place ever again. If I could give this a negative rating I would.

They decided to change all the rules without letting anyone know. They started charging more without giving me any information. When I called they said it’s because they added an insurance without letting me know. Front office people are very rude and confrontational
