Walgreens

This Walgreens is a very clean store. The pharmacist «Cary» is a very good employee. He know the regular customers by name and is extremely helpful. However, there is a female pharmacist there who has always been rude and makes me feel like an addict. My doctor is around the corner and this location is convent. But this female pharmacist seems to discriminate against customers who are there for a controlled substance. I realize that controlled substances have been abused and there are rules they have to follow. But this woman has always made it difficult for me. There is no excuse for her rudeness. I have always been polite and there for legitimate reasons. Today, she told me she could not refill my Rx because it was too early. She was not discrete and caused a scene. She then told me she could not refill a 30 day Rx until after 29 days. I always come in after my appointment which is every 28 days. And there is never a problem unless she is working. I am told by my doctor that I am not the only person who she gives a hard time. To me, it seems she is discriminating. And at the least, she is very rude and not at all discrete. There are HIPPA laws that I feel she is breaking by discussing my private information in a way that other customers can hear.
I will no longer use this location. This store would be, in my opinion, much better off without her.

This is ‘My Walgreens”! I love everything about this store as it is in my neighborhood. The employees know me and always greet and make you feel welcomed. The pharmacist knows me by name. I had to switch to the ratchet CVS due to my insurance. They actually called me to check in as I had not gotten my meds filled there in a while. I know what you are thinking it is money driven but being I had been going here for years and like I said they know me by name. «Where everybody knows your name’. (Cheers moment) Any who I ran in for some Zyrtec D and without asking they knew what I was coming for. My nose was stuffy and my eyes was watery and running like a faucet, need I say bad allergies. They walked over with my Zyrtec D and said «Hello we have not seen you in while, how are you?» Love my Walgreens!

I always find good deals at this Walgreens location! I usually swing by the clearance counters first to see what goodies I can find for a steal & then hit the isles for what I need.
Always friendly associates. Have never had an unpleasant experience here.

Walgreens seems a little chaotic to me in general, but this one is clean and chaotic. I can’t always find what I want right away, but with a little wandering I usually get what I need. The lines can get backed up and there are times the manager just sits and watches the line get longer or the cashier struggle rather than help out. That part I could do without. Overall, it is convenient enough to come back to.

Solid Walgreens. Great location, friendly employees, fast lines (if any), and very clean. It’s right on the corner of Lake Howell Rd and Howell Branch. The other day I got the wrong thing and I was able to return it and swap it out in two seconds. The service is good and they have everything you need. Walgreens in general is as good as it gets. They are the best pharmacy/​convenience chain!
