Zero stars with today’s visit. My prior Cust was ok when I switched over from ATT. They set me up with an appointment in 45 minutes and confirmed I could step away and come back if needed. When I went back Manager Mario was extremely rude, dis-respectful told us that I have to get back in the queue behind 5 customers and really didn’t bother to care that I had an appointment. I wonder how sprint makes such individual managers where I don’t see 1% of customer service. Unfortunately I have switched from Att and now I understand why some of my co-workers warned from switching. I took a risk and obviously stuck with it. Try and avoid going to this store if possible.

Went to the store to see if it would be possible to have my Galaxy S checked out since it keeps rebooting randomly. I also decided to show the guy how the wireless doesn’t turn on all the time and shows an error. Rather than do anything, the rep decided to question why I would use the Wifi. Wow… who cares why I’m using it. I was not impressed. On top of that, the parking is nearly impossible since you have limited parking spots and its located between three restaurants.
