The UPS Store

I have been going to this UPS store location for years and I have always had a great experience and customer service. The owner always goes above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend it.

I went to this store out of convenience. The owner was in the store. I was shipping a 5 lb package and I was taken aback at the cost. I asked about a price increase and got a condescending response. I had shipped several boxes at Christmas and this seemed a bit high. As he is processing the label, I said something like «wow I’m going to have to rethink this next time». Rather than offering to compare prices of another shipper or the Postal Service, he says in a snarky way, «well you don’t have to pay it» or something like that. Really? Admittedly I was miffed at his attitude but i I just said go ahead and ship it. He was still being rude and snarky so I told him that wasn’t the first time he had been this way. And I’ve spoken to a few friends in the area who have had the same impression with this business. Next thing I know he says I’m not welcome there. Wow that’s real customer service. As I left I did warn him that he’d better not do something to make my package late. He’s been rude, condescending and obviously doesn’t value his customers. So yea, I’m going to be suspicious of how he treats this package. I’m only too happy to go to the Oviedo location or better still the UPS store on Red Bug. They are consistently friendly and helpful. Judging by the other review, I’m not alone.
