Great workout today with trainer Craig Duncan! 12pm class kicked ass!!!
All the trainers are awesome and the classes will kick your butt! Definitely recommend checking this gym out if your serious about training.

Been a gym member for a few months now, I love the classes and the instructors. Early morning and late afternoon/​evening classes available, so there’s no excuse!

The UFC Gym in Winter Springs is by far the best gym I have ever been to! Their classes have pushed my over all fitness to its all time best and I have the best time doing it! It is something I look forward to instead of dreading going to the gym. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone of all ages to help get in shape and have a blast doing it. I love the fact that the trainers are all active fighters and they are the nicest guys! The atmosphere is very welcoming and you will make a lot of friends! What more could you ask for?
