Good service, on time, carpets are as clean as my old carpets are going to get. I recommend paying the extra for extra stain removal.

This company was recommended to me by my realtor — we wanted to clean the carpets and add stain protection before we moved in to our new house. They gave me a quote on the phone and worked around my schedule to accommodate getting it done before our move. The guys showed up on time and were professional. The carpets look great — they even got the black stains out. I feel much better knowing the carpets have stain protection (we have little kids). And the cost was very reasonable. I’ll be using them again when the carpets need cleaning…

I called this place after reading two good reviews about them. But I guess I was wrong.
I called them to do carpet cleaning and also pet odor removing. The carpet cleaning part was good all the dirt and common stains were removed from the house. BUT there was one particular room that I had asked the company’s owner daughter about and she told me that pet odor removal is $ 25 extra and the smell will be gone. She FAILED to inform me that the pet odor removal was only done ON TOP of the carpet and not thoroughly. If I had known this I would not of gotten the service because I know that the pet odor has soaked through the carpets.
When I called them back to ask for a refund, the owner proceeded to tell me that I am wrong and he is right and all this BULLSHIT about how they don’t clean under the carpet, but yet his daughter failed to tell me. This company sucks and their customer service is unbelievable. They are wrong for giving the customer FALSIFYING and MISLEADING information!
I had to call another company and SKIPPYS in WOODLAND did a wonderful job, the smell is completely gone.
SO STAY away from this place! They have bad service and does not deliver the services they say they do.

I’m so glad I called this company. I had pet stains in my bedroom from an elderly dog, and I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. I called this Casson and found they do Saturday appointments. They came exactly on time, and Chris was great. Answered all my questions, and was quick and efficient. I had booked them for my bedroom and great room, but they added the stairs for only $ 20, so I had them done too. My carpets look brand new — he got all the stains out and was done in an hour. I’ll definitely be having them back again!

The two-​man crew arrived 15 minutes early, conducted themselves in a professional manner, got right to work and finished in less than one hour. They cleaned the main bedroom, living room and dining room for $ 140. The carpet was only slightly damp when they left and was dry in a few hours. Nice job. I will call them again.

It cost $ 155 to clean the carpet in a three bedroom townhouse, which also included stairs. They were very nice and didn’t seem to mind all the questions I was asking. I don’t know much on how they compare price wise to other cleaners, but just from attitude, I would go with them again.
