This company sells you trees without having proper information mailed out. Bought 2 Australian Finger Lime trees. When after one month of showing them pictures the tree were in shock from bring potted in 15 gallons. I was accused of using wrong soil!!! How about mailing proper instructions on how to pot & take care of your trees that are mailed. I have many rare flowers & citrus trees all planted the same way for years! After a year when the tree started to look healthy & still no fruit or flowering — Ashley stated it will flower its the season. Telling me to make sure to not water & keep in the shade. Hire workers who are educated in the business of nursery. It doesn’t take much than proper food & sunlight. Ed the sales guy is rude & Ashley knows NOTHING because, she gives wrong advice. The owner Don trained them well to not take claim for their POOR education in how to take care of a tree that was bought from them. If you are in the business of selling plants you better be prepared for customers asking questions. Home Depot or Orchard have more educated workers on planting than this company. Stay clear they are rude & just will not help you other than READ their website. I read books on planting NOT websites … Anyone can create a website… It takes an education to understand the agriculture business.

I was searching for a specific variety of avocado tree. Other sites charged higher prices and ridiculous shipping fees. Four Winds was great! They had the variety of tree, a honest description and a fair price, including the shipping. The tree arrived quickly, well packaged, and very healthy. I could not be more pleased. Thanks Four Winds!

I ordered a lemon and an orange tree in Dec. It traveled across the US and arrived quickly and in great condition. I did have a problem with a large number of leaves dropping shortly after potting. I called the nursery for help. I was given advice as to the possible causes and what to do about it. I followed her advice and now my trees are thriving. Can’t wait for the fruit.

Second lemon tree is healthy and beautiful. First one died in transit. I am happy with the product, but the shipping is quite poor. The company charged around $ 23 for shipping. It was USPS shipping in a box with no apparent tracking or signature required. Seems unfortunate given the delicate product. I expect the company’s margins are better for«handling» than the product itself. The staff was very helpful when my wife called, and replaced our first tree. DON’T EMAIL, CALL. Multiple emails were never returned. All in all, I think Four Winds deserves a good rating, but not a great one. Service was pleasant and effective. However, the tree could have made it for Christmas(it was a gift) if the shipping was better or the staffed responded to our service inquiries over email.

Old fashioned customer service. Sent a replacement tree immediately, no hassles. I wish all businesses were that way. And their products are first rate, healthy and wonderful fruit trees. Exactly like photos. What you see is what you get. Try them, you will see.
