This place has everything we need to fix the house and garden!
My only issue with this place is the choice of employees for the cash register in the garden department.
The first time we went to check-​out, the price of our items was $ 16.27. My mom gave the person $ 20.27 to get rid of some coins. Instead of simply giving us $ 4 in change, the person said «ay you gave me too much.» Like, really?
The second time we went, a different woman was completely neglecting us at check-​out. She was confused about the plants. We bought four of the same kind of plant, and she insisted that the plants were different. They weren’t. After she scanned all our items, she got distracted and went to the other cash register to do something. When she came back, she had to re-​scan all our items. What a waste of time. The amount of stupidity here is amazing.

This store is by far the most poorly run lowes I’ve been in.
The staff, mostly young kids are more interested in talking and texting than customer service… Example, ask for help see if anyone comes and how long a wait you will have.
