The lack of southern hospitality for this WGP Properties has me seriously reconsidering a move to this NC town.
As a credit score above 700+, and professional worker i was denied the ability to view not only their duplex locations/​but condos/​as well as apartments. After asking about the pet policy i was informed that no dog over «25 lbs» was acceptable. Regardless if my dog is a registered ADA dog.
I would like to inform the public that there are multiple properties by this group that are for rent, and they are unwilling to negotiate. I will take my business elsewhere.
I would like to warn any other users, that it appears this company is out to use college students hard earned money to seek their own profit. They are not working in the best outcome for their residents.
