Jess is an amazing business owner. I go every 2 weeks for a pedicure, and I’m always treated like a princess there. Jess, Jen, and Gabby are the best ones!

Great experience! Gabby did an excellent job on my nails. I didn’t think French was possible because my nails are short right now, but she made it work and they look great! She even painted a little white heart on my ring finger instead of the usual French tip… super cute! Her husband did my pedi, also great job. I’m new to the area and was looking for a salon to establish a relationship with and this is definitely the one! The place was crowded… always a good sign, and the women there knew the staff, which means they are all regulars… also a good sign. They take walk-​ins or appts and are very reasonably priced. Parking on the street is free with plenty of spaces available. I definitely recommend it!

So disappointed! I went in for a gel mani & regular polish pedi… got there at 3:50 waited an hour to be seen, & the guy doing my toes had to redo the big toes after messing up the flowers? really?
After I said gel for my hands SEVERAL TIMES, he proceeded to do a reg polish (I was hoping I was wrong and the top coat would be shellac bc it was a French manicure but I was wrong)
asked for rainbow on my ring fingers and got half red nail, a line of orange, & a line of green and half blue… I was so disappointed but it was now 6 PM!!! I needed to get home and didn’t want to wait to have him fix it :(
this is a nail salon, design requests shouldn’t be difficult. I even showed a picture… NEVER going back.

I’ve been in three times now to have my nails done and each time they have come out great. I always do Gel (have done both gel mani and pedi with them) and they always last 3+ weeks, which for me is great because I’m pretty hard on my nails. My gel pedicure lasted a month which I would say was well worth the $ 45. Gel mani is always $ 25, and they always guarantee their gel mani’s for 2 weeks. Will be in today to get my nails done yet again, and will post pics. :)

Although they only had a few reviews all were excellent so I have them a shot. So glad I did! Great family owned business with great service! I did both my hands & toes plus I got my legs waxed. They wax lady doesn’t let you leave until she has got every last piece of hair. She’s awesome! I’m extremely happy with everything! They have earned my business!

I came here after seeing this place had 5 stars on Unilocal.They definitely lived up to my expectations! I got a gel manicure, fairly priced at $ 25. I wanted a neon color and the manicurist was honest and said the brand of polish wasn’t the best, but since I wanted it, she said if anything happened I could come back and they’d fix it. You can also tell that they have tons or regulars. They knew every person that walked in there. I’m very happy with how my mani came out and this will def be my new place.

Always get my nails done here. Friendly service, affordable prices, and a great mani/​pedi! Highly recommended.

I loved it here! I stumbled on it when I was getting an ice coffee at the shop next door. I asked the barista about it and she have them flying colors, so I went in. I had Alyssa (spelling?) and she was fantastic! Small, professional, friendly, and when I told my cousin about it after, she said thats where she goes and raved as well! New customer for as long as I live in in this area!

I wanted to write a review on this little Gem in Winthrop. I have been going here for about 2 years now and have always been pleased with their talant. I first started coming to this Nail Salon after I had a disaster of a Nail Job done the day of my wedding at a Nail Salon at Square One Mall. I now have learned the hard way that you never get your nails done in a Mall (Especially for a big event) because they want to take in as many customers as possible they do not care how the end result looks. I left the Mall so disappointed and on my way home I decided to see if any of the Local Nail Salons near my house could help me. The first place I went to could not help because they said it would be too much work to undo what the other place had done. I decided to try one more place and Thank Goodness I stumbled across A & V Nails Salon. The Ladies their helped me redo the nails that were done at the Mall and Did a fantastic Job. I knew It being my Wedding day that my hands were going to be photographed so I can not thank them enough for their help. I have been going there for Business ever since. The staff there is very personable and they remember me everytime I come in the door. They are all very talanted and hard workers. If you are close to the area and need a good mani or Pedi I totally recommend trying them out.
