I recently got my eyebrows done with Michelle and they do not look real at all. Very detectable and poor quality. It looks like I just let someone shade in my eyebrows. she told me she as going to do eyebrows strokes and HA seems like it was her first time trying that method on me. She couldn’t explain what she was doing nor did she know how to shape my eyebrows. They do not look like feather strokes or eyebrows strokes at all. Literally she just drew lines up and down and across. She literally just shaded in my eyebrows making them look like i penciled them in. EVERYONE i see, knows that something is wrong w my eyebrows. They kept telling me my eyebrows look perfect but i can feel that it was not a genuine compliment. They just wanted the money. Seriously the Worst experience of my life. One of my biggest regrets. Trust me folks do no come here. These ladies are very unprofessional. I show up to my appointment just to wait for michelle to come in 30 mins later after my numbing. Also she talks about other clients like if its nothing to her. Very unprofessional. I didn’t mind it but couple weeks now after my eyebrows heal and they look horrible… I had to say something! Now im on the search for a laser treatment to have my natural eyebrows back. All this money wasted just to let some lady basically practice on my eyebrows. STAY AWAY!!! This is not professional work!

My look was to LOOK NATURAL. You kept taking pictures and saying they look like hair strokes in the Picture when im clearly looking at my eyebrows from the mirror and they don’t look like strokes. There not even lines! Pictures are just an illusion from the mind. What you see in person is different from what you see on your «iphone» camera. And funny, how i come and ask for a refund and you just bull shit me the whole time, telling me things you should have told me in the beginning. Funny how you spill your guts to me about the after effects of my eyebrows. When I don’t remember you saying any of that. Trust me I would’ve remembered. I never asked for them to be darker you told me you were going to make them darker because it will fade a different color from the first treatment. But my problem isn’t the color, it’s that you tell me there going to be hair strokes and there not. And you can’t even admit to that. And there not fully form. Some of the «lines» you did are faded and there dots from how you started. Michelle you are a character! When im talking to you, you can tell so much by your face expressions and how you say things. But enough with this BULL SHIT! The past is the past. my eybrows look horrible and i can’t do anything about it. Just like I wasted the money already. Didn’t hurt to try to get a refund on your poor eyebrow job. So I hope that 600 $ profit was worth it for you. Cause remember Im advertising your «Talent» :D… but not for long that is.
p.s i found a Cosmetic Laser doctor and they also told me your job was not that great, that it doesn’t look like professional work.

I love the services at Epidermis! Michelle is the best at answering all my crazy questions. Feeling comfortable at a spa is everything I look for. I frequent Epidermis for waxing and laser hair removal. Michelle is so knowledgeable in both areas; it’s truly amazing. I will forever be brushes my eyebrows up!!! I heart Epidermis
