Receptionist is a sea hag that needs to retire… very rude and needs a refresher in customer service. If that is the owner’s wife, like other reviews say, good luck to him…
Winthrop is a small town that strives on service… my experience was the opposite.
To be clear, I’m talking about the incredibly old woman with white hair that looks like she lives alone with lots of cats! Kinda resembles a real life version of Maxine from the calendars.

Ok eye doctor is great but the receptionist is a horrible horrible person! She needs diversity training! She has made it known to me she does not like that I’m Muslim. I am sorry that i am a paying customer and i wear a scarf, i have not tried to preach to you or even try to get something for free. Please be respectful and provide a service.

I love that I can take care of my eye needs right around my house! And in the «center of town» — which always lets me explore this cute seaside town I live in!
Praises for the Eye Center — my optometrist was super friendly and efficient — I felt very relaxed with her (and I do not like having people do stuff with my eyes — I get a tiny bit freaked out), and the assistants they have in house were so helpful in helping me figure out which frames would work best with my face! Loved my experience there, and they accept my eye insurance, which is always a plus!
