This place is always packed but the food is super fresh. The breakfast burritos are incredible and the selection of coffee will satisfy everyone’s needs.

Had the best Mother’s food, atmosphere, beautiful presentation and that beaitiful smile from Jaqui.

Great breakfast food for cheap, specialty coffee like P. S. Without the high price, And great breakfast burritos ! Highly recommend !

Food is great and usually comes pretty quick. They give you a pretty good amount too. It is decently priced, except for the muffins, although they are quite large and tempting. Not a fan of their coffees but their smoothies are a must! Not the friendliest but they get the job done. ;)

So happy we found this place, the portions were huge and it was fun listening in on the locals chat back and forth. Very small dining though so be prepared to possibly need to take it «to go» if there are no tables.

I am a Jacs regular and honestly, I don’t think I could survive without it. I’ve been going there for years, and I genuinely think it gets better and better by the day. Every single person who works there is AMAZING. ESPECIALLY the new girl and Matt. Matt knows what I want better than I do. The fact that anyone could give Jacs anything below five stars literally confuses me. It actually offends me. This place is the best. Period. Valerie and Mario… I’m offended.

Me and my family go there almost everyday. We absolutely love this place, and they always say hi and know us by name. Matt is one of nicest people ever. He’s there everyday busting his ass. Everyone is great. The food is awesome. Never a complaint, so I don’t know what Valerie is talking about. If you SPECIFY what you get, they would never mess it up, especially if you get that a lot.

I cannot even count the number of times I’ve gotten food from here in the 5+ years I’ve lived in Winthrop, at least well over a hundred. For someone unfamiliar to the area looking for a quick breakfast, the place could be easily mistaken for some kind of ice cream shop. Don’t let the outside fool you though, the heart of this place is coffee and breakfast. They do offer lunch options, but if I’ve honestly never tried it.
Starting with the coffee. Be prepared to take some time deciding which of the numerous flavors of hot or iced coffee you would like to try. My personal favorite is the French Toast iced coffee, very very delicious.
As for the food, you really can’t go wrong. Most weekday mornings when I get takeout, I grab a breakfast burrito or a bacon egg and cheese. The Jacs burrito is very tasty and very popular. When I go on weekends I tend to order a little more, either the French Toast or the corn beef and hash breakfast. Both are excellent choices.
While I usually get takeout, the place manages to offer a lot of seating for such a small building. For takeout, I highly recommend calling in your order first, especially on the weekend. The place fills up pretty quickly, which is only a testament to how good it is. Just make sure to bring cash, no cards accepted.

My husband and I are regulars. we go every weekend — the woman knows our order.

Good food, terrible service. Took 30 minutes to get my breakfast burrito. After a few times of asking about it and being rudely dismissed, we got our order without even a single apology for the wait.

Great place for breakfast. It is a small family run neighborhood place that the staff knows every customer’s name. There is always a long line for coffee in the morning. They have a great list of flavored coffee including tiramisu flavor. My veggie omelet came out just perfect with aldante veggies in a nicely square wrapped egg white.

Just a heads up when you brew hot coffee into plastic milk jugs. The amount of dangerous bisphenol A (BPA) that leaches from plastic bottles into the drinks they contain is most dependent on the liquid’s temperature, according to new research. When both new and used polycarbonate drinking bottles were exposed to boiling hot water, BPA was released 55 times more rapidly.

Excellent. Breakfast. Burritos. Perfect combination of eggs, ham, peppers, and onions in the Western. Ice tea with lemon and sugar is really good too. Highly recommend for breakfast!

Went once for breakfast and was treated quite rudely by the man at the counter. I am a local but the counter staff stared and talked about me because I asked for service. My issue was not the food but, if you have issues with diversity, you should remember Muslims have money too.

Good prices for the quality of food. I’ve had the breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich, which were both really good. The iced coffees are good as well. My boyfriend also got a western breakfast burrito one time and he said it was a really good value.
Small place and it can get crowded very quickly. It’s cash only, which isn’t terrible, just wish they’d catch up to todays technology. They tell you that there is an ATM next door, but I personally would rather not pay the fees for that.
Friendly staff and for the most part the service is fast as well. It is a very small place, so if you go on a busy day and take your order to go, there is no where to stand and wait for your order. Tables are close to the register and counter and door, and the times I’ve gone there is a line out the door, so it gets kind of awkward finding a place to stand and wait till your order is complete. It’s probably best to call ahead if you’re going to take your food to go.

This place is nothing special just like any other breakfast joint. This place is more for the locals. I’m not a big fan of American breakfast is eggs sausage bacon and bread such as pancakes and French toast and muffins. Yo be honest i won’t be making a second trip. No restroom

I can’t get enough! Jacs is amazing for breakfast (I haven’t tried their lunch) and I bring all my friends when they’re in the area. Don’t forget to bring cash!

Loved it! We were only in town for a couple hours and needed some breakfast. Found this place pretty close to Logan and decided to give it a try.
Prices were very fair ($ 6.50 for 2 eggs two meets potatoes and pancakes). Food came pretty quick and the staff was very friendly.
Definitely recommend it!
