There were signs alongside a few roads in Wiscasset so we thought we’d go visit the ponies for their weekly open house(Sundays 1−4pm). Ivonne and Carl, the owners, were so sweet. And their miniature ponies were adorable and very friendly! I just wanted to see a pony the size of a golden retriever. I saw that, but I also saw a few babies too! Cuteness overload!!! One of the ponies was only 1 week old and another was a few months old. Some of them were really soft to pet and all of them were very people friendly and approachable. Most of them were for sale and I was shocked that it was so affordable to buy a mini pony. They really are like dogs and they’re similar pricing too! Most of them were around $ 1500. The open house was good. Plenty of parking. They had cookies and cold water and sodas. It was free of charge but they have a trailer of pony related gifts and if you want, they take donations :)
