This place is my favorite thing about the dells and that is a huge compliment in itself because I am a local and usually avoid the dells like the plague but I love coming here. The prices are inexpensive and I’ve never had a problem with the staff.

Love this place! We’re here on a Sunday night and there’s almost nobody here. They show really good movies that are current ones in the theaters. The food is adorable and tastes amazing. You have to get the burgers with grilled onions! The only thing I don’t like as much is that they charge you per person instead of per car. However, it doesn’t seem that they charge you if you want to bring food in. If this place was closer to Chicago., I would be here every week.

One of my all time favorite activities to do in the Dells. So much better than going to the movie theater and prices are amazing too! Absolutely love this place!

This was my absolute favorite part of our four day getaway to the Dells! The first night we arrived we wanted to do something low key. I had found a flyer at the motel we were staying at and we decided to go that night. We packed a cooler with beer for the old man and sparkling water for me brought some blankets, pillows, citronella candles and we were on our way. The theatre is located 2 miles outside of the dells in a cozy wooded area. At first it looked kinda shanty, but once the sun went down I felt like we were back in time. Luckily we own an SUV in which the back seats can be lowered and made into a little bed. We made a cozy little pallet lit the candles and enjoyed the movies in the fresh crisp summer air. The movies we saw were not ones I would go to normally, but the atmosphere made it totally worth it. The great thing was that you get to see two movies, the first was MIB3 and the second Chernobyl Diaries. Loved that we got to see a scary movie at the drive in. Oh yes, they do have a little concession stand where you can buy buttery popcorn, burgers, old time candy, etc. Some things you need to bring to the drive in. 1. Car Drivers– Lawn chairs or blankets and pillows to make a little pallet. 2. Cooler packed with treats, just make sure to have a designated driver. 3. Bug spray and mosquitto coils. 4. Cash only no debit/credit cards. Loved this place cannot wait to go back.

I rely heavily on Unilocal when I travel. I’m from Chicago. We don’t have anything like this so I wanted to take full advantage. The service was beyond great! The only negative is that they only take cash, which is also a positive because it keeps the prices low. Bring OFF with you when you go. I got several mosquito bites walking to the concession stand. They serve nachos, beef hot dogs, cheese fries, and popcorn. Food is good. It’s what you would expect from a movie theatre concession stand. My kids(12&14) didn’t appreciate it as much. They spent the whole time texting through the movie. My husband and I enjoyed. I would go again.

This place was a blast! Please be aware, they only accept CASH. They have great customer service and lots of goodies at the concession stand. Arrive early to get a good spot.

I totally enjoy this experience. Who doesn’t like a double feature for a low cost? Not to mention that you can bring your own snacks/drinks which is a HUGE savings! You can just tune your car radio to the broadcasting station for the sound, so you don’t need a radio box. It’s not the most glamorous place, but hey. A fun way to spend a night(as long as the bugs aren’t bad!). You’ll get out pretty late, though… so plan to sleep in!
