Point Blank Tattoo

I went here with my cousin so we could get our septums pierced. We went in on a Saturday afternoon. There was no wait time so after about ten minutes I went first. He went through all the necessary steps of cleaning my nose and taking the sterilized equipment out. That is the only good thing, the equipment is clean. When he put the clamp on to line up where the jewelry would go I asked him if it was supposed to go higher. He immediately dismissed my question and pierced me where he originally was going to. It hurt like hell. My cousin went next and she had the same experience. He told her how to clean and take care of it but told me nothing so I had to get the information from her.
A few weeks later I went to a different shop get the balls loosened so I could flip it up. Before she started she told me to go back to the piercing room with her. She told me that it was pierced about half an inch lower than it was supposed to be and it I didn’t take it out it could reject and leave permanent scars. This was less than 2 weeks after it was done. That is NOT a good sign. I wasn’t even able to flip it up because when I tried it was pulling the cartilage down and started bleeding. I called the shop and the piercer told me that he «kind of remembered me» then told me he knows «for sure» that he pierced the correct spot. He also said that he guaranteed all of his work and I could go back in to get it pierced. I don’t know about you but if someone puts a hole in my body in the wrong spot in not going to give them a redo. I asked to speak to the manager and when I called back the next day he was also very dismissive. He told me I could go in when he was at the shop but to call to make sure he was there. With the limited winter hours and me living an hour away I told him I couldn’t do that but I could send the pictures where you can clearly see how awful it was he laughed and said no and that I would not be getting my 60 dollars back let alone my 10 dollar tip.
Please if you’re in the dells for a vacation and want to do something spontaneous go somewhere where they will do it correct on the first try!!!

Good place to get a tattoo or piercing, I would recommend them to anyone that will be in the area. Been in business since 1996
