This was great! We called and they came out just a couple days later and installed our unit and we had clean cold drinking water, just like that! It even has an option for hot water so we can instantly make tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc… so convenient and easy I can’t believe we didn’t think to do it sooner. The deliver man was very nice and the plan is flexible so we can change it if our needs change. We couldn’t be happier!

Service is kind, quick, and efficient, at least for our business contract.

We had great service from them. Quick delivery. We had a leak once and it was immediately taken care of. We cancelled it because we went with a water provider partnership in our retail Center(it just made sense). But service from Culligan was always quick and good. Had a slight problem canceling,(I might have been a little short tempered too) but honestly it was taken care of swiftly with no issues and the manager was super about it. If things don’t work out, I’d go back.

Paid $ 3000 for a new watersystem. They hooked it all up INCLUDING connecting it to the freezer THEN informed us the cartridges are on back order WITHNOINSTOCKDATE. So now not only do we have hard water, but no ice and no compensation! Not even an apology, just oh well, deal with it!

The local Ace Hardware had a special event. Bring in your water for a few simple tests by Culligan. I decided, why not. That’s how I met Seth, one of the Culligan salesmen. He ran a few quick tests on my water sample. He said he’d be willing to do a free at-home follow up. For free. OK, why not. Maybe I’ll learn something useful. Our softener is 18 years old, but we are some of the rare homeowners who actually maintain their system. I wanted to learn if we were doing a good enough job, or if we should be doing something more, and what? Seth came and spent an hour with me. No obligation to buy anything. He tested our well water and the water after it had run through the softener system. His recommendation was that we switch from the expensive but hard to find potassium chloride salt, and just use regular old sodium chloride. He said we’d save a lot of money, and that we would not notice a difference in the taste or softness of the water, so I’m gonna switch and see. Seth’s recommendation is that we keep maintaining our current water softener. We’re actually doing things right. Good news. He did recommend that in the short-term, we consider a reverse-osmosis system just for the drinking water in the kitchen. There are some times when the water starts to taste yucky and I drink a lot less, but I actually see that as a valuable reminder to change the paper water filter. As soon as we change the filter, the water starts to taste good again. I learned a lot today about our well and our softener, and about current softener technology. I am pretty sure that I am going with Culligan when it’s time for a new system. Thanks, Seth! You might not have sold me anything today, but you’ll have my business in the future.
