Dyson Service Center

Dyson company… I bought two fans, and 6 months later the air was hardly coming out, I spent over $ 400 and the fans are sitting in storage,
So I wouldn’t recommend buying the fans.
Wixon is 2 hours away, and I’m disable, I wish they were closer

Had a small issue with my Dyson, and I called the 800# made an appointment to bring it in. I came in that same day and Anthony the manager took a look at the problem and fixed the issue in under 15 minutes. Loved the service and a great looking store as well!

I had a part break on my vacuum and I was not happy to have to go out to Wixom to get it repaired but I am so happy I made the trip. They were super helpful. The service center was very clean. Not only was my vacuum repaired but they also did a «tune up» on my vacuum and replaced various parts, like the canister, vacuum head and filters. The associate explained everything they did and why. I recommend them to anyone. Totally worth the drive. The best part was that all of the repairs were done under warranty.

If I were a cheerleader, Team Dyson would be the one I am cheering for. Three vacuums later, two of which are still in my home (DC59 Motorhead and DC65), you can call me a devoted Dyson fangirl.

Do they break, though. those somewhat expensive Dyson products? No, actually none of mine have had any issues. I have only had one problem and it was a user error, so really; Dyson can do no wrong.

Coincidentally, Dyson brings quality as recognizable and legendary as the Beatles’ beats, coolness and design fit for James Bond., and let’s just say that if Mary Poppins happened to drop a spoon full of sugar — I bet she would reach into her carpet bag for an ultra lightweight DC59.

My mom was thrilled to find out that the service center wasn’t gone, they’d just moved! They gave her excellent service on her two vacuums and offered to replace entire sections of the machine if the repairs weren’t sufficient. Highly recommend to anyone! Absolutely worth any commute! (She drove an hour!)

Andrew was great from the moment the phone was answered on the first ring. Inspected, cleaned and repaired my DC 39 canister vac while I waited. Maybe 20 min wait in the lobby. No charge for the service or repair. Vac works great again.

Apple-​like service. Very clean and nice storefront. I had broke the cap off the end of the cleaning wand, and they fixed it for free. I needed a cleaning brush, they gave me a used one for free. And my vacuum cleaner was not under warranty. If having great service for your vacuum cleaner is must, Dyson gives it. This store allows seems to carry all the current products. It is worth the trip to check out all the current Dyson products.
