The parts department here is fantastic. Ordered a replacement OTA antenna and they checked stock, called back as promised and even shipped same day overnight as requested. Top notch in my book because as you know if you have an RV it’s hard to find a quality sales and service dealer.
The one time I was in the Huntley location and when buying parts there too I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Calling back and fulfilling your promises is half the battle with most of these guys.

We had a terrible experience in April but Don in service helped turn it around to a good experience. We had to return for a different issue and he went out of his way to provide great customer service.
