I like this place. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They have the best prices for the wild bird feed that I use. I also like the feel of an old fashioned feed store, although they might chuckle at that description. Look for a small sign on the north side of Grand River Rd just west of Napier(traffic light), the barns and the two silos. I am sure glad I found this place.

This is the only place where I now buy my bird seed etc. The service is very friendly and the prices along with variety are great. Shop locally and give these people a try.

We stopped in looking for bird food at an econimcal price and found it. The selection was excellent and the staff was so friendly! This was exactly what you would expect from an «old fashion» feed store. We’ll be back!

You can buy a 50 pound bag of whole feed corn here for less than 10 bucks. Why would you want to buy feed corn? It’s the«key ingredient» in the bean bags used to play the game cornhole /baggo /Polish horseshoes. I make my own bags and boards for the game. I’m a city boy talking about a feed store so I can’t say much other than they had exactly what I needed. I noticed when in the store they also carry flea and tick supplies as well as vaccinations for cats, dogs, and horses. The people working here are friendly and helpful. I’m sure they’re used to catering to farmers and the place has that country look and feel even as the city folk have built a huge Meijer store just about ½ mile from here. Feed corn won’t turn into popcorn in the microwave, so you can also make hand /neck warming bags filled with the stuff. Just stick the bags in the microwave for a few minutes and they’ll stay warm for a long time after. In the summertime you can also put these bags in the freezer and when you take them out they’ll stay cold for a long time and are reusable.
