Johnny On the Spot

Just another update: I received a message from Steve H accusing me of working for a competitor and unfairly reviewing the company. This could not be farther from the truth, I do not work for any competitor I am simply a consumer who had an awful experience and told the truth. As for Steve H, he obviously is an owner or works for Johnny on the Spot. How dare you tell me what the employees would have explained or not in my home! You were not there. You also have no idea what happened when I called and expressed my dissappointment. No refund was offered, they did offer to come back in 30 days to retouch the terrible work they did but I was going out of town for work for 3 weeks and they basically told me too bad. The fact that Steve H feels the need to come on here and attack my intelligence and claim to know what happened in my home proves what a discpicable company this is. Since buying a new home I bought a rug doctor machine for $ 400, $ 200 less than Johnny on the spot charged me and and after several uses I couldn’t be happier. Now before someone comes in and accuses me of working for Rug Doctor my parents have a Bissell Green Machine that works just as well so I go back to my first review and say if you are capable of cleaning your own carpent save yourself some money
