Anchor Auto Body

This is this one of the worst auto body shops that I have ever been to! I recently got sent there by my insurance company for a simple fix on the drivers side of my car. They did a very poor job fixing my car and when I brought it back a week later and pointed out the obvious issue to the manager he claimed that it was three different things so that the work the shop did was not to blame. After I presented all of the facts showing the poor work was done not only did the man I was speaking with not want to admit the terrible work that was done at the body shop but instead he decided to call me an «asshole» and insist that the problem is with all cars of my car type. Only I never had this problem before he worked on the car in that area. He also made threatening gestures towards me because he did not like a car being brought back to him with issues because of his poor work. Do not go to these guys not only will you get bad work done on your car you will get beyond terrible customer service!
In addition to all that I have already told you now 1 week later there is more to add. I am currently at a different auto body shop that my insurance sent me to in order to inspect the problems that I was having with the work supposedly done by Anchor. As it turns out they are con men and crooks at Anchor as well as being bad with customer service! They did less than half of the work that they were supposed to do and did not supply the parts that they claimed they had so they could get money from the insurance company. Because of this when I had gone to pick my car up it was freshly detailed and the wheels were sparkling so I guess that I was not supposed to notice that the work was not done! Do not trust these criminals thankfully I was able to catch them but they have stolen my time and that includes time from work where I could have been making money!

These guys are great! We have used them 3 times so far (unfortuneately). They do first class work and provide excellent service.
