UPDATE: After getting no help at the Woburn store(see review above), I went to the Beverly branch, which is where the company’s warehouse is. The difference in customer service was night and day. Leo Rodriguez is fantastic. He brought out all of the ties we were interested in for the fathers of bride and groom AND brought out the entire suit for me to try on to get a better sense of the ties. This was great since the measurements taken at the Woburn store for the shirt were off; I needed the next size down. Leo could not have been more helpful. He processed the paperwork for the change in shirt size and the ties for the dads. He also told us that if there were any problems with any of the party’s rentals, which we were scheduled to try on in Woburn two nights before the wedding, we could pick up replacements the next day in Beverly, rather than wait for them to arrive at the Woburn store. This saved us a lot of time when the best man’s pants showed up at the Woburn store 12 sizes too big. I returned to the Beverly store one last time – to get the free suit that came with our package. Leo brought out only one suit, and when I mentioned I thought there were supposed to be options, he pointed out it was the only one in my size. I was disappointed but Leo quickly made some phone calls and was able to coordinate delivery of a couple additional options for a few days later. Even though neither of these options turned out better than the first, Leo’s efforts were definitely appreciated. Like other reps, he could have just told me, «too bad.» The guy knows customer service and went above and beyond in every respect. And for what it’s worth, I actually saw other customers at the Beverly site. The suits themselves were pretty good. I thought the quality and fit were better than any of the four I’ve rented from Men’s Warehouse for other weddings. Classic’s return policy is much more generous(5 days vs. 2). Prices overall were competitive and it was easy enough for the guys in the group to call in their measurements. All in all, a positive experience once I found Leo and the Beverly office. If you go with Classic Tuxedo, bite the bullet and make the trip to Beverly – it’s definitely worth it.

I got the tux and dropped it off with hardly any issues. Though the woman who sized me put me down as an 3XL(i’m 6’1 and 185) So beyond that… no real legit issues. Some of the other guys in the grooms party had holes and such in their tuxes(but caught that before they left the store) I don’t live close to here so I don’t think I’ll return unless I’m going to another wedding through them. Easy location and the prices were fair I think. Not the best, not the worst, standard 3 stars.

Had to cancel due to illness 48 hours before pickup and wouldn’t give me a credit — Policy does say 72 hours, none the less makes me think these guys are greedy as hell. Please go to some other store this place is not custom friendly and just bought $ 116 worth of bad public relations.

I would give ZERO stars if it were possible. Bad company practices. Bad service. Bad, bad, bad… BAD. 1) Once upon a time ago, I was a naïve bride and fell for one the company’s marketing tricks at a bridal show of putting down $ 10. Told it was refundable. Yeah. Two months and a couple visits to the stores later, nothing. It’s not even about the money($ 10 whoop-di-doo dollars, it’s the concept of taking money and not giving it back when they say it’s refundable). 2) DH bought and returned a $ 75 shirt to the Woburn location. He received a receipt for the return but his card was never credited the amount. It’s been 1 ½ month since we called them about it and spoken to them on the phone twice. Still nothing.
