Norton was awesome and not only did he and his co worker help me find the special coolant i needed for my VW, but he also helped me figure out how to put it in my car (since I am a new car owner). Loved the service and I would definitely come back for my next car need!

my car salon bulb was dead and I went to Auto Zone — guys there shrugged their shoulders, didn’t help.
I accidentally drove past Consumer Auto Parts and wanted to see if may be they have a bulb (how rare the interior bulbs really are fr a typical CRV?). So, the guys @ CAP were super nice, found the bulb and installed it for me and advised on a couple of other things. not being salesy or pushy or anything…
next time i need stuff for my car — this is definitely first place i will go to!
