Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The lady couldn’t get the gel off my nails so she scraped until she took off part of my nails. Cheap products (soap, cotton balls, lotions). Sloppy paint job. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Driven by many times… Decided to stop w my 8 year old daughter. After checking Unilocal.I had high expectations since it got 5 star reviews… This place totally met my expectations. Nice relaxing long pedicure. Ladies were thorough and so nice to us! Not rushed at all… Reasonable price., i’m totally sold! 100% going back– it’s my new nail place.

Five star rating! My daughter and I were exhausted after a week from college shopping and needed some pampering. Based on the reviews I chose this salon and am so glad I did! The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff were beyond friendly. The massage chairs were so luxurious! By the end of our pedicure we were mush! I cannot recommend this salon and their staff enough

So I went a month without getting a manicure or pedicure and oh my, my nails were looking like a horror movie. I decided to check out this place because their prices seemed fair and reviews looked good. Glad I ended up coming because they made my nails look great! My manicurist took her time on my nails and cut every cuticle there was. It was nice not being rushed as they do at majority of the nail salons that I go to. I would say she spent a good 20 – 25 minutes on just my manicure. My nails did chip a few days later but I do work with my hands often and doing dishes don’t help. Overall staff was friendly, salon is cozy, price was right, and work was outstanding. I will certainly be coming back!

Definitely a hidden jewel. Very clean. All hardware is individual wrapped… so you know it is sterile. I got gel and design only for $ 25. Not bad. I will be returning. Oh… they have a program… a must check out.

A hidden gem right in Woburn! Don’t blink or you’ll miss it! You HAVE to get in there for seriously the best mani/​pedicure anywhere in the most immaculate salon. The techinichian is a dream. Run, don’t walk for your nail care. Very reasonable prices too!

I have been going here for months now and have previously been too busy to leave the much-​deserved glowing review. Let me explain how much I like this place: I grabbed a stack of business cards today so I can hand them out to strangers. I *adore* this place. It is pristine without being cold, and is so welcoming that I don’t mind waiting if they’re busy.
Everyone at Cosi Bella is so friendly and — perhaps more important in my situation — good humored and *patient*. See, I roll up in there flipping through Pinterest ideas and ask for this design or that. Joanna — our fearless proprietor — is willing to experiment, never shies away from a challenge and sometimes even encourages us to choose a more difficult design. Not happy? She’ll fix it!
Everyone on staff is a perfectionist — in the best possible way. I have never felt rushed (you know how some places you feel like you’re at a factory and you’re in the express lane?). The décor is a mix between contemporary and classic, with a singular polished raw wood plank serving as nail bar. I ALWAYS come away thrilled, and can’t stop looking at my nails.
My nails this visit were fashioned by Lina, who it turns out, has similar tastes as mine so it’ll be great going forward to see what suggestions she has. Anyone should feel completely comfortable trusting the judgment of anyone at Cosi Bella. Tell your friends!

Today is Valentine so I decided to try out this place. The salon is pretty cozy. The staff was very outgoing. Im very satisfied with my service. I didnt know what to do and I told them I wanted something difference and I couldnt be happier. They took their time when doing my nail. I even got a paraffin with my manicure. Good service decend price. I will come back.

Got a gel mani/​regular pedi at Cosi Bella and I am very happy with it! The salon is clean with new chairs and very friendly service. They have a lot of great gel colors to choose from. Definitely recommend.

This is my new go to nail salon in the area… everyone that works there is super nice and they take there time and make sure you leave with perfect nails! Got designs both times I have been there and I get compliments all the time about them. If you are looking for a new nail salon I would give them a try you will not be disappointed and there prices are really good too!
