I’ve given then a couple chances but every time I’m met with a dismissive, unfriendly attitude. If I need coffee, I also need it made right and with a smile.

This Dunkin Donuts is within walking distance from my house and it is amazing! They always get my coffee right and anything I order is always right! That is more than I can say for other Dunkin’ Donuts’ in the area! Most of them know me by name and they know exactly what I want is soon as I walk in! It’s very personal and for the most part this service is excellent! Some of the workers are rude, don’t know what they’re doing, and/or shouldn’t be working in a public service environment but I will request somebody else to make my coffee… just the way I like it! They just did a remodel and reopened a day or two ago and the remodel only took one week which was great, but for that one week I had to go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts and they got my coffee wrong all the time! I was so excited to see this Dunkin’ Donuts open again! I’m really not a fan of the remodel but the service and the coffee is the same so I guess the look of it doesn’t matter. I personally think it is kind of ugly inside but that’s my own opinion. If you are looking for a good Dunkin’ Donuts to go to, I would definitely recommend this one!

Very poor service. I’ve been going there every week for 2 years. No one can get the order correct. Very slow service.

So today I went to grab a ice coffee before work and I had 2 turbo shots in it. It tasted like the ice coffee was burnt. So I returned it letting them know and I spoke with the manager there letting her know what was wrong. She told me there was a fresh batch of ice coffee and she remade it. She had me try it and I let her know it tasted a little better. Afterwards she told me it was the same batch. She only added more cream. So she totally lied. That’s unacceptable for a «manager». I let her know it tasted a little better not great. Not a good service.

Check everything you get, almost every order I have had in the last week was wrong. Ordered a large iced coffee with cream, melted sugar and a glazed stick — I got a medium iced, carmel with ½ inch of sugar sitting at the bottom and a raised donut — There wasn’t even a line before or after me. I confronted and was asked what I wanted done? Really??? I didn’t say what first came to the tip of my tongue. The reorder yielded a large carmel with the same sugar and a plain stick! WTF? Reorder again slamming the receipt on counter and said either stop chatting and giggling with each other and do the order right or just give me my money back. Finally after some nasty looks and sarcastic apologies what I ordered. If you are left standing without your entire order because in the last 20 seconds they forgot, welcome to the club. This has happened on several occasions as well. They are just too bust chatting, laughing, texting on their phones to really pay attention. My suggestion is go anywhere else! There is a connivence store down around the corner that has coffee, and they are alway happy to see customers.
