Moved my office from Lexington to Woburn. Started to bring my clothes here.
Last time I brought 2 very nice pairs of jeans to get DC and BOTh pairs are basically ruined. They faded out and have streaks, etc.
I have dry cleaned both pairs before.
I brought the jeans in but the owner basically took no responsibility, nor offered any idea to make it right. I am really agitated and fel like taking them to small claims for total incompetence.
They offered to «run them through again». Great, you can make them even worse.
I plan on never returning.

The best dry cleaner who can also do awesome alterations.
Customer service is excellent. I bring blankets, clothing, rugs, leather, curtains, anything that needs special cleaning. The owners, Kathy and Peter, are pleasant to work with. They are honest people who work really hard to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy with their work. They are very friendly. They know all of their customers well. Because they keep going back just like me for over 20 years!
Love them.
