Quality products at an affordable price, excellent customer service from start to finish, as well as efficient installation from an expert who understands customer concerns, comments & was able to discuss work while installing. Manny, Ellen & Pedro made the whole process worth while. As with any home improvement project there were some snags and miscommunications along the way, but everyone was very helpful and courteous in assuring us the job would be completed on time, and it was. We got estimates from 4 other flooring businesses and none of them came close to the quality of product for the quoted price. I would give them 4.5 stars but that’s not an option. My only hesitancy not to give them 5 stars was the miscommunication with the delivery & pick up of the construction dumpsters, a misunderstanding with the installation which was quickly fixed, and a random young man who showed up to «help out» but all I saw him do was deliver lunch and stand around leaning with his dirty hands on our newly painted walls. Everyone else was amazing, knowledgeable and helpful.
