Had order from Bath and Bodywork’s followed tracking. Said it was delivered. No package delivered here. Called Laser. They said package was delivered to a blue house with glass porch. My house does not have any of the mentioned descriptions. They said they checked with driver and it was delivered to wrong town same address. And driver would go back and get package and redeliver to us. 4 days and still no package. Now we call and get put on hold for an hour and no answer. Will call Bath and Bodywork and get re- delivered by a reliable delivery service not this Mickey Mouse outfit at Lasershit!!!

My package was never delivered but it says its delivered and signed my loby. I do not know who that is and theres no one named loby in my apt who signs packages. This company is the worst delivery company ever!!! Be aware.

I have ordered items from Amazon same-​day and next day so I’m not sure why there was an issue this time around. I use the same address and have received mail from USPS UPS and FedEx with no issues.
Yesterday, instead of receiving my next day package I received an email stating the item couldn’t be delivered due to an «incorrect address.» I called Amazon to confirm my address and went further saying when the leasing office was open to accept packages and how to «buzz» me so I can come down to get it if they were closed (like UPS or FedEx do.) The next day, undeliverable again due to «business closed» scanned before the business was actually closed and directions to buzz me ignored. I was to «follow instructions to receive my item» on the (absent) notification.
The representative I spoke to was hostile and belligerent to the point that the Amazon rep is passing along the feedback to their superior.

I would honestly have to say that Lasership should change their company name to something other than «laser», because it is neither fast nor, precise. I have noticed that many free shipping offered by online retailers such as Vitacost, Kohl’s etc. use Lasership, and since I don’t have anybody at home to sign for packages, I get it shipped to my office, with that being said, no other couriers have a problem delivering a package on time with the Lasership being the exception. It’s gotten to a point that I pay extra on other shipping options to avoid Lasership.
Update: Lasership makes up lies about making delivery attempts: I have security cameras on premise, and just be be sure, I have reviewed the security cameras 30 mins prior and 30 minutes past when they claimed a delivery attempt was made; surprise surprise, a blatant lie! I am going to end up cancelling my order and reorder with a company that doesn’t use Lasership!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I don’t know why companies use LaserShip. It SUCKS. They’ve now lost another package sent to me by Urban Outfitters. But that’s ok, they put out an inquiry for 24 hours so if I don’t get my stuff by then they’ve invited me to call them back and sit on hold for another 30 minutes. If I ever want to order from UO again I have to call them and ask specifically for them to ship using a REAL shipping company like UPS.
This place is a fucking joke.

LaserShip is seriously the worst shipping company I have ever run into. Everything else I get delivered somehow makes it into my house — my landlord lives next door and takes most packages. Lasership can’t seem to make it work. Every time they try to deliver, it is during the work week and during work hours. Then they call me, all polite, but in a tone like they are wondering why my door is locked and I am not home.
I DO NOT SIT AROUND AT HOME AFTER ORDERING SOMETHING AND WAIT FOR YOU TO CALL ME, LASERSHIP. I HAVE A FUCKING JOB. PLEASE DO YOURS, AND DELIVER MY PACKAGES INSTEAD OF CALLING ME ALL SAD-​LIKE.

I’ve had multiple deliveries from this company for products sent from Amazon and Barnes and Noble. I’ve never felt so strong a dislike for an organization, but since Amazon and B&N force me to accept their services on occasion, I’m forced to write this review.
As is the case with nearly every other review you’ll read about this company, my packages have never arrived on time, and have been «lost» on multiple occasions. When you call to inquire, you get weak excuses that amount to little more than lies from their drivers who clearly have as much disdain for their employer as I have.
My most recent package inquiry was in the form of a phone call to the main customer service line. I had a package supposedly left at the «FRONT DOOR» to my office, a place of business in the middle of the city, on a Saturday. We were closed. After 30 minutes on hold, I reach an operator who tells me they will investigate the delivery by contacting the branch. After approximately 10 seconds on hold, they are back on the line to tell me the package was indeed left at the front door, but they will immediately mark the package as «LOST», and will contact B&N for me to have a refund or a new package sent…
Are you $&#*%^# kidding me? Thieves. They are stealing your packages. They are stealing money from retailers. They are stealing your precious time. And all you get in return is a boatload of stress.

Awful. They leave things on the ground without even trying to reach the recipient at the apartment complex I live in. I’ve seen it happen a few times over. I tried to catch up with a guy I saw do a drop and run without trying to reach the person, but he literally ran away from me to his truck and drove off.
It’s a busy area, the package would have been stolen if I hadn’t taken it temporarily for my neighbor.

I wish Unilocal offered negative star counts in their review system. This business is a joke and a complete waste of environmental space. I’m surprised
uses them as their primary delivery system. They have lost numerous packages on my end, and claim to have left my most recent purchase at «the leasing office.» I’m sorry, the address I listed is my apartment address so I have no idea what «leasing office» they are referring to. In my attempt to locate the package I called Lasership 3 times. Was on hold for 15 minutes each time and NO customer representative ever picked up. Which causes me to question whether they even have any employees on that end. Even
tried to get a hold of a customer representative. No go. This place needs to shut down. Their drivers are inept, and most likely illiterate. How else would you manage to screw something as simple as delivering a package?

STILL NO PACKAGE.
Even if you sign the waver they leave you to authorize shipment release, they don’t leave your package!
This is NONSENSE.

I thought this company had cleaned up their act as I had actually received a few packages from them placed inside the front door as indicated ON the door! I don’t get many from them as after I complained so bitterly to Amazon about packages left in the back of the house in the parking lot over and over with no attempt made to put them even on the front steps or better still INSIDE, Amazon put a note in my profile or whatever never to ship anything for me via Lasership. But another company I by from started using them and everything seemed ok, until today I opened the front door and found a package that had been sitting in the rain! Right under the sign that says, clearly in block black letters: MAIL BOXES INSIDE AND TO THE RIGHT. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES OUTSIDE! Possibly the driver does not read English? Fortunately, it was not anything electronic — what would a Kindle look like after a day in the rain? When will people remember that cheaper is not necessarily better?

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I buy from Amazon often and I’ve never had an issue until Lasership tried to deliver one of the packages. Well, they actually delivered the package but to the house with the same number but on the wrong street. I mean how does one deliver a package to a street that does not even have a remotely similar name to my street. Why are they in business? How do you miss the whole street? These were Christmas presents for my children. When I called them they told me the driver would get the package back which, of course, did not happen. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had and the most incompetent company in the world.

Add this household to the chain of people who have had a rough ride with Lasership.
After numerous phone calls, emails and head banging incidents, we now know where to go when Amazon reports that our packages have been delivered by Lasership:
1. The never used back door to the basement
2. The neighbor’s back door
3. The small picnic bench in the back yard
4. By the trash cans on the side of the house
5. Inside a large planter next to a side door, also never used.
When it rains, these packages and their contents get destroyed because guess what? We can’t find them.
UPS, FedEx and the USPS know where to leave our packages. Why does Lasership muck it up?

Absolutely HORRIBLE! My package was listed as «Out for Delivery» for 5 days. Called twice and dealt with customer service. I was told the second time that I called that the driver was unable to finish his route, and it would definitely be delivered the next day. The CSR also made a note that the driver was to call me when the package was delivered. Apparently my package was «delivered» yesterday afternoon… no phone call, no package. There are also signs on all of the doors of my apartment building saying to leave packages with the office.
I have called customer service 5 times and emailed them 3 times and just got off of the phone with the warehouse. The warehouse put me on hold for 15 minutes, only to try to transfer me back to CS to get a replacement. WTF?! I will absolutely not ever ever ever allow a package to be shipped through Lasership again. What a pain in the ass this has been!

I had no problem getting my Amazon package via Lasership. I’ve noticed though that Lasership seems to shine in areas of high density when there are concierge staff to meet them. People in single family homes seems pretty unhappy with them. As for me, the front desk in my building said they see Lasership every day, and my package arrived a day early and in excellent condition. So I think it depends on where you love, but in some cases Lasership is totally fine.

In my opinion, this is the worst courier shipping company out there. We have had numerous packages supposedly delivered by Lasership never show up. This has been a repeated problem. This does not happen with UPS, FedEx or DHL, only Lasership. When they do deliver a package, they don’t ring the bell — they simply leave it in some hidden location like under a bush, behind recycling bins, etc. I would not recommend them at all.

The WORST service I have EVER experienced in all my days! They REFUSE to ring your bell and just leave your package anywhere IF they choose to even deliver it! I’ve had several packages that were lost stolen or not delivered to me! I don’t know how this company is still in business! They should get NO stars at all!

I ordered a package via Amazon to an address where I have already received numerous packages correctly. They indicated that the package was left at a side door. I checked both side doors, but there was no sign of the package.
The customer support team was very polite yet ineffective. They said the driver would not be able to go back to the location to retrieve where he/​she had left the package today.
Luckily I was able to find the package on the complete opposite side of the building where I normally do not have access, but searched on the premise that they had actually delivered it somewhere in the area.
They also blamed Amazon for the wrong address. The package had two labels on it. The correct address label from Amazon. And the incorrect address label from Lasership.
In a nutshell: Lazy and ineffective shipping.

Amateurs! Everything Lasership does is less competent than UPS or FedEx.
I signed up for Amazon Prime and unfortunately, nearly all of my 2^nd-​day deliveries are shipped via Lasership. At this point, a high number of my 2^nd-​day deliveries are 3^rd or 4^th day deliveries and I work from home and can answer the door, so there’s no legit excuse. UPS/USPS…Stellar record. FedEx… Great record. Every bad delivery experience I have never had has been with Lasership.
Every time a box has been left in plain sight on my doorstep in my moderately high-​crime neighborhood without ringing the doorbell… Lasership.
Every time a box of electronics has been left in the rain… Lasership.
Every time I waited around for the delivery guy only for it not to arrive and then checked online to see «delivery exception,» yet no slip on the door of evidence of a delivery attempt… Lasership.
Every time I had to call the complaint line… Lasership.
I don’t even know what the Lasership guy looks like or if he even wears a uniform. Despite over a 2 dozen deliveries in the last 3 months, he only rang my doorbell once, after I complained to both their phone line and e-​mail line.
I live in a dense, urban area. Whether it’s a thousand dollar purchase or a $ 5 purchase, they leave it on the door in plain sight. Once they did so with a TV… it had full color packaging… a perfect thief magnet. They left it on my doorstep, in the most visible part. They didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell, just left it there. I am really glad I heard their footsteps.
In fairness, the guy on the phone at Lasership was friendly, but useless. The folks on the e-​mail clearly conveyed the tone of not caring that Lasership didn’t deliver my package when they said they did. I am contemplating canceling my Amazon Prime membership because of Lasership. I sure hope they’re saving a ton of money because it would be a shame if someone paid for this service.

I order from Amazon. When they send the packages (books, movies, music) by UPS, there is No Problems. Frequently Amazon has chosen to use Lasership. There is ALWAYS a problem with Lasership. They don’t drive vehicles with signage, so you know who is coming. They use «Contracters» so my packages arrive After 4 PM until 9 PM. Sometimes they wear a uniform, sometimes Not. Sometimes I need to sign for a package, Frequently Not. Sometimes if I am not home they leave a tag letting me know, Lately they just leave the package in the lobby of my building where anyone can take it. I know the phone in the lobby is broken, So I called Lasership with my cell number and was told I would be called when the delivery was approaching. While waiting for the phone call, a neighbor knocked on my door and handed me a package they found in the lobby. The same package I was told I would be called about.
So Lasership lies to customers, Uses non-​employees to deliver items, and do not follow there own guidelines concerning vehicle signage, uniforms, and delivery protocols. I have heard Lasership is different in other parts of the country, But this Office in Woburn, MA is obviously badly run, All the employees need to be replaced with a knowledgable, trained staff.

If I ordrer a book, let’s say, from Amazon, and THEY choose to use Lasership, and let us say the book does not arrive when promised (I am an Amazon Prime member, so I get two day shipping on all orders fullfilled by Amazon) then I expect Amazon to take care of it. I would not call Lasership — I would call Amazon and have THEM contact Lasership. I would also expect compensation for the failure to deliver as promised.
Just sayin’.
