Additional info to understand what really happened. I am an order processer for several entertainment companies. I had received Julie’s request in July, processed it and sent confirmations to both Julie and her Princess. I did receive a call a week before from Julie to re-confirm her Noon party, I checked the computer and all looked in order. On Sunday I received a call from Julie asking where the Princess was, I told her I would make a few calls and see where she is. I called her home and texted her and received a call from the Princess saying she knew nothing about a party in Danvers. I asked her to please check her computer which she did and said nothing there for this party. I could not believe the order disappeared, so I asked her to check her Spam file and that is where this order ended up. I asked how fast she could get there but she was out of the area but could get there by 3:30/4PM. I scrambled and made a call to another Princess and she said she could also be there within a few hours. I called Julie back and tried to explain what had happened and I asked if she keep the party going until we can get there. Julie said party was over at 2PM. I sincerely apologized and I realized it was tough with timing and I could not get there in time. I am very sorry this happened, but this was a technical error that no one caught in time. We refunded her deposit. We have pages of Testimonials and hundreds of satisfied customers, I truly wished she was one of them. JRK
