The neighbor’s pool broke and our backyard and basement were flooded on the 4^th of July. The pool deck and basement had inches of water and sediment– it was horrible. RestorePro to the rescue! They responded right away to my request to come out and spent the whole day on Friday (day after the holiday to boot) and were able to clean the basement and pool deck. The gentlemen were amazing– very professional. The owner called a couple of times to check in and came over to check the progress as well. the cleaning of the pool deck is not the norm for them and I so appreciate that they rose to the occasion and did a wonderful job. Cannot say enough good things about RestorePro. A++ service!

I used RestorePro last year, these guys did an excellent job! I had a mold issue in my apartment, the office staff was polite & they were prompt in sending a supervisor out to do an estimate, and they provided me with a free estimate within a few days. I was nervous about the whole process, but Dan and the other workers were very informative & professional when they were in my home. Answered all my questions, I am recommending them to all my friends and neighbors!

Came on time and did a thorough inspection of the project. Answered all my questions. They would not give me a quote on site (or even a range) which I have come to discover us usually a sign for trouble. Got a quote two days later for three times what I was expecting or what I ended up paying. Honestly I think maybe they thought we were going through our insurance and decides to take us to town on the price. With this economy it is in everyone’s best interest to provide the best price for the job and these guys did not do that.
I gave two stars because they were on time and friendly, but I guess I would be friendly to if I knew I was going to charge them 1k over what the next people would.
