Always prompt and very personable. We have used this car service many times to the airport or to get to Boston. Very reliable and I highly recommend them.

Your Honda pilot driver tailgated me and three other cars in 6pm Boston Traffic. After tailgating me for 10 mins, the driver cut off some on the next lane in order to pass me and then proceed to tailgate and cut off the next three cars in front of me. I was going 75, relax. I know you are trying to get to and from your fares quickly, but there is no excuse for reckless driving.

Very professional and our request was handled very late at night, we arrived in Boston and our ride was not available — Sure Ride to the rescue. I am so grateful for the wonderful service and the driver getting us safely to our destination. The driver was personable and got all of us calmed down as we were rattled from the late night cancellation. I would definitely use Sure Ride again. Vehicles were wonderful, roomy and clean! Thank you so much!

I live in Wilmington, needed a ride from the Wilmington station back to my place.
The operator and driver were both really friendly, I had to call the operator twice and you can tell he had patience, especially given my last minute need a ride situation. As soon as the driver got to me, in his Honda Pilot with a sure ride logo on the side, I could tell I was in good hands.
I was I had absolutely no hassle with their service. I would use them again.

I have used cabs and Sure ride to get to and from the Airport. I’d always prefer Sure ride. I feel safe and comfortable. Steve is very prompt and professional. Would recommend this company.

So close to a five star review — but had to take away two…
I used SureRide five times within two days when I was in Woburn for business and did not rent a car. I had a great experience on each ride! I enjoyed talking with Steven and his brother. They were very helpful and all-​around cool guys.
I’m taking off two stars because my last day in town, they did not pick up the phone when I called an hour early for a ride. I left a message, but did not receive a return call. I called fifteen minutes after leaving a message with still received no reply, which was disappointing. While I was calling to request my last ride within Woburn, I was also going to see if they wanted the $$$ to drive me to Logan at the end of the day. Oh well!

Steven the driver was prompt polite and very helpful. I kept him waiting for a long time but he still came back to pick me up. I have used this service before and they have been polite and prompt both times. Definitely will use this car service again and would recommend to anyone looking for a taxi in or around Woburn, they are very professional.

My friends and I used SureRide last night for a ride into and out of Boston to celebrate New Year’s Eve. It was very easy to call and make a reservation and the employees were extremely nice! We were given a flat rate for our round-​trip which made it really easy for us. They showed up 15 minutes early to drive us into the city and was even willing to pick us up early when we called and requested an earlier pick-​up. We strongly recommend SureRide for a cab service in the Boston/​Burlington area!

I used this service for first time this past week. Pro: driver arrived 10 minutes early to pick me up; driver was very personable. Con: car smelled like smoke; overpriced at $ 120 round trip, a cab would have been much cheaper; driver was 30 minutes late picking me up at airport and didn’t check when my flight was coming in; he also wasn’t very apologetic. In short, I would not recommend this service.

During a week-​long trip to Burlington, I tried to book a ride back to the airport a day ahead through several other companies. Some didn’t answer the phone; one booked my reservation, but had no record of it when I called later to confirm. This company answered the phone promptly and politely, showed up fifteen minutes early with a courteous, neatly dressed driver who drove responsibly and got us there with time to spare. They charged a flat rate only a few dollars more than the cab who almost got lost on the way TO our hotel who relied on MY GPS to find his way. I recommend this company and would use them again.

I usually dread calling for a taxi in a new place. Often, they don’t show, the quality of the ride and driver can vary a lot, and you never know what the cost will be.
So, I was very surprised and happy with my experience with Sureride. I booked them to get me from Burlington to Logan Airport. The booking experience was easy and Steven quoted me a flat fee for the ride.
On pickup day, I was running late and forgot to turn on my ringer and saw that I had missed his call (he had arrived 10 minutes early— that almost never happens). I was pretty sure that meant he had left, but he was still there after waiting for 15 minutes without hearing from me. That was a highly appreciated.
Finally, the ride itself was great. The car was clean and comfortable and Steven was super helpful and friendly.
If you’re in the area and need a car service, I would highly recommend Sureride.

I’ve used Sureride twice now to get to the Airport. Very glad I found them. Both times he showed up early and waited out front until I was ready.
You are dealing directly with the owner Steven who is very friendly and professional and goes out of his way to make sure you are well taken care of. Car was very clean and comfortable. Pricing was excellent. Would not bother to use any other service including regular taxis at this point.
Just for contrast, I used 2 regular taxis and another car service for other portions of my trip. My experience with them was typical… meaning that, they generally had no idea how to get where I was going and I needed to give directions and/​or I feared for my life while they were driving because they were in such a hurry to get to their next fare.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon Sureride during a visit to the Burlington area. This pickup/​taxi service is by far the best experience I have had. I have since used them several times.
What sets Sureride apart from other Town Car services is the price and friendliness. The prices are extremely reasonable, if not a bargain (I spent the same amount in a normal old yellow taxi as I did with Sureride for the same trip). The vehicles are top notch. The drivers are friendly and always on time.
If you are going to the airport or just spending some time in the Woburn area Sureride is the way to go.

I sincerely didn’t knew what to expect as I’ve had quite some experiences with cabs in large metropolitan areas. But SureRide proved to be an excellent choice. I called in 10 minutes before and Steve, the owner/​driver, was there in 5 minutes. My fiancé and I had to pick up our car so Steve dropped us off where we needed to be and took off. 10 minutes later my fiancé realized that the process with our car was taking more than expected so we decided to call back Steve to give her a ride to the office. Once again he was there in no time providing a great service.
After that SureRide is our place to call whenever we need to get to and from the airport.

I am new to the corporate world of travel. I needed a service to pick me up and bring me to the airport for my flight and pick me up when I got back and bring me home. I looked around the internet, including here on Unilocal and found Sureride. Based on the two reviews, I decided to give them a call. The owner, Steve, was my driver. He was on time to pick me up for the ride in to Logan airport and right there at the airport when I got off the plane upon my return to Boston. The car was new, luxurious and very clean. Steve was friendly and very professional, a great driver. Prior to being in the corporate world, I once drove a bus, so I am not the best passenger and usually prefer to do the driving. However, I felt completely safe with Steve at the wheel!
I give Sureride my highest recommendation. They are coming again tomorrow morning to take me to the airport after a last minute call today for service. I hope if you need a ride to either Logan or Manchester, you will give Steve at Sureride a call. I am quite confident your airport transportation services will be well taken care of.

When I got married and moved out of the city, I was kind of dreading finding a new cab company to shuttle me back and forth to and from the airport two to three times every week. Given the nature of my schedule, I needed someone capable of equal parts reliability and flexibility. Based on the one review I found here on Unilocal I decided to give SureRide a call and I can’t tell you how glad I am that I did.
SureRide is, for all intents and purposes, a one man operation but don’t let that discourage you from calling. Steve, the owner/​driver, is easily one of the most accommodating people I have ever done business with. This guy makes himself available ²⁴⁄₇ and I have never been stuck on a curb waiting for more than five minutes. On the rare occasion that he is put in a position where he needs to be in two places at once, he will do what it takes to make sure you have a reliable ride.
The long and short of it is this: I rely on SureRide for ALL of my transportation needs and plan to do so for the foreseeable future. If you are in the Woburn area and need a ride, don’t bother with anybody else. Give SureRide a call!

On the day 1, when I saw him, I thought he is a celebrity because he knows almost everyone in that place and was talking to everyone very friendly. Then I came to know about him and about his sureride LLC.

So I’m not a taxi expert or anything, especially in the greater Boston area, but I have no problem making the claim that this has to be one of the best taxi services around Boston. Now, you have to understand that its incredibly small and personal. It only has a few cars and one of them is driven by the owner himself. It probably won’t be the best if you want it to shuttle you around Boston while you get drunk on a weekend, but it was great for us when we needed to get to and from our Extended Stay in Woburn and Boston.
After an incredibly delayed flight, we finally got into Boston around 3AM. Because we had 5 people, we had to grab the only van taxi from the taxi stand. This guy didn’t know what he was doing or where he was going. He was going the wrong way and we had to inform him of this. Mind you, most of our party had never been to Boston, let alone Woburn. Eventually we made it to the hotel and we were charge more than $ 70. The next day we had the front desk of the hotel suggest a car and they called Steve’s SureRide. Steve drove up minutes later in an unmarked Lincoln Town Car and we were on our way.
We had him just drop us off at an Orange line stop since it was a bit closer and a little cheaper. We were charged $ 30. Since he was so nice and accommodating, we took his card and he told us to call him when we were done at night and he could probably work us in.
The rest of the day we did our thing in Boston. Along the way, we tried to get cabs intermittently and we had an incredibly hard time getting one. It’s almost as though cabs were annoyed with us that we wanted to use them. They seemed to prefer to just sit on the side of the road and turn us away. The first time we gave up and use the T, the second time we practically forced a taxi to take us. Maybe it was because we were Cubs fans? Maybe it was because there were 5 of us? I don’t know. All I do know is that cabbies would have been physically fighting over us in Chicago.
At the end of the night, after the other taxi debacles, we decided that Steve was the best bet. We gave him a call, and he came to pick us up 30 minute later. No hassle. We were tired, so we had him take us directly from the city to Woburn. Along the way we chatted and at the end of the ride he charged us $ 55 – almost $ 20 LESS than the first cab we took the night before. Of course it almost came out even after our generous tip, but it was well worth it. He mentioned the business was new, so use him. Good luck, buddy.
