I first visited i-​Vaap a couple of weeks ago with a friend and we were overwhelmed with the exceptional service. Dan goes above and beyond to provide you with respect, product knowledge, and his undivided attention. He’ll memorize your name and call you by it the next time you visit, making you feel welcomed and at home. Not to mention, their house juice is so yummy and incredibly cheap! $ 14 for a 30 ML had me coming back for more. Mixes the house juice in front of you so you know all of the flavors going into your product. I stop in at least once a week for more juice/​problems with my vape/​etc, and I am never disappointed. The service here is exceptional. I’ve recommended this shop to anybody I know who is a vaper.

Came to this store the other day and the employee that was working was very rude and seemed annoyed to have a customer in the store. Made me feel very uncomfortable and won’t be shopping at this store again.

Nice shop, helpful people, mix e-​liquid on spot. I have tried lots of e-​shops and liquids in the surrounding areas and this if by far my favorite! Stop in and try the flavors.

This store automatically gets super kudos for being open on SUNDAY!!! The young man running the store for his parents on this Sunday was professional and knew his product. The store was beautiful. All products nicely presented. Only constructive criticism is that many flavors at the station were empty. However he was quick to fill flavors upon request.
