Brian helped us extend the natural gas line to the Gas Stove and replace a plastic dryer vent with metal dryer vent.
He was on time, courteous and did both the jobs perfectly.
A big plus is great communication. ⁴⁄₅ times, someone did pickup the call. On one instance, I left a voicemail and got a call back within an hour.

One Sunday in May my wife asked me to go into the basement and check the laundry. When I got into the laundry room I saw water all over the floor and coming out of my drain. I immediately shut everything off and broke out the shop vac while I tried to figure out what to do since this was a Sunday and the next day was Memorial Day.
I called a friend of mine who is a plumber and he was away on vacation so I went to the internet to try and find someone semi-​local who had some good reviews; that’s where I found InstaPlumbing.
I called the number on the website and was surprised to get an answer on the second ring at 8:30pm on a Sunday night. I spoke with Brian who was very friendly and helpful and told me that he could definitely get out to me on Memorial Day and let me know that it would be $ 20 extra to come out on the holiday and I was fine with that.
The next day, Brian arrived on time and ready to work. He was very friendly and personable with my family before he went down stairs to assess the issue. He then came up and gave me a quote for the work (blockage in the main drain) that was lower than what some friends said it would be and I gave him the green light.
After a while he came and told me that the issue was a little bigger and that he had to replace a section of pipe. We went over the additional fee and he proceeded and finished the work.
Brian let me know throughout the whole process what he was doing and any of additional prices; there were no surprises and his work has held up perfectly so far.
Brian was professional, customer-​centric and up-​front with any and all information. He left me with a quote on further work that I need and he did not pressure me to get that work done right away; he leaves you feeling like he’s there to help rather than sell you what you don’t really need.
