This is just a place to rest your head after a long day on the lake. Conveniently located close to downtown Wolfeboro, there was nothing wrong with this place for the price. If you want something nicer you’re going to pay for it in that area! The pool was surprisingly nice and the kids really enjoyed swimming in it. It was quiet, outdated yet clean, and the people working there were quite friendly. We were pleased with it and will stay again when we make a weekend out of boating on Lake Winni!

This place is a crap hole. On the upside, the lady that check us in was nice and the bathroom was clean. Everything in this place is outdated and falling apart. The shower doesn’t remain a constant temperature and we leaned against the headboard and it fell off. The air conditioner doesn’t work well. I woke up very early and could’nt wait to get out of there. The office doesn’t open until 9 am, so when I left this morning I’m not sure if I checked out or not? There were no instructions on what to do if you check out earlier than 9 am, so I just left the keys in the room. The rate was $ 89 during peak season. If it’s in your budget, stay somewhere else.

A nice little no frills motel. Convieniently located to downtoen Wolfeboro and surrounding residences. A public«beach»(lake) sits behind the motel, making for a beautiful view. The rooms have 2 entrances, 1 in front to the parking lot and 1 in the rear facing the lake shore. Across the street, you’ll find«The Nick» a great little park with a playground, ball fields and a skateboarding ramp ~ there is also a great sledding hill in the winter. It was a bit chillier in the room than I’d prefer, and the bed was pretty hard. But the room was clean and I felt safe and comfortable.
