Scam artists, Don’t get fooled by the 6.95 ad.

Advertised $ 6.95/vent. When the crew leader showed me his estimate after setting up, total cost came to about $ 1200. Out they went!

Would not use this company again. Ever.
Sold us on a Duct Cleaning that included a Dryer Vent cleaning for free. However, the techs skipped the Dryer Vent cleaning when onsite.
I contacted the company to see if they would send the techs back to do the Dryer Vent cleaning, but they gave me a run around. First, the customer service person said that the Dryer Vent cleaning was not on the work order. When I pointed out that was their problem, not mine, then they tried to claim that we had not purchased the correct package. I then pointed out that they had suggested the Dryer Vent cleaning when we first called and that we had confirmed it with the agent that it would be included with our purchase.
After I kept pressing that the issue was not on my end but with the company, the customer service rep begrudgingly said that he did not want to lose my business so they would to the cleaning at a ‘discounted’ rate of $ 69.00 + travel charge! For something that they should have done to begin with!
I had further words with the customer service rep and he abruptly hung up on me.
I resolved at that point to never use this company again.
What really prompted this review is that the Manager called back to my house and spoke to my wife. He had overheard the exchange with the customer service rep and was very sorry for the inconvenience. He admitted that the Dryer Vent cleaning wason the work ticket and that the techs had missed it during the job. However, his ‘best offer’ to fix the problem was to charge me $ 49.00 and no trip charge to send the techs back.
I have no faith that this company is dealing fairly with customers given that they would not make the situation they created right. I would avoid doing business with this company and will definintely tell my friends to take their business elsewhere!

After searching for companies to have our ducts cleaned in a place we just bought, I stumbled upon Duct Cleaning Group. I must say that over the phone the gentlemen that answered was very professional and explained and answered all the questions I had (unlike many others who weren’t willing to answer questions, didn’t know what they are talking about or were simply rude) Noël arrived on time and explained everything to me and walked around the house. He answered all my questions and addressed all my issues. I could not be happier with the job that was done. I will be referring this company to all my friends and can’t wait to use it in the future.
