The store was SO hot and stuffy. Apparently there is no AC. It was very uncomfortable waiting for the pizza. Its a wonder the cheese wasnt melted before it hit the pizza. This was a warm spring day, I cant even imagine summer. Feeling sorry that the employees had to work in this environment.

Good pizza, poor service. I’ve been coming here for a few years because it’s cheap and it’s close. The people that work here don’t seem to have a clue on how to handle people. Tonight I had a two dollar off coupon. The girl running the register told me sorry, already ran your card, no discount. What? Like I said no clue how to do customer service.
They have an Express Register for pick up orders. If I go over there when I have a phone order they take people in the regular line before me. If I go to the regular line they tell me to go over to the Express Register. All I know is that people are always getting ahead of me no matter what I do. Pretty bad. The manager is never in the front either. Always in the back, leaving all the front people on their own.
I have been using Papa John’s more often. They are a good alternative with their thin crust.

I have only been in recently and they have been remodeling so it has been a little weird. The staff, however, has been extremely friendly. There are a few jokesters there, so that always makes waiting for your pizza more enjoyable. I will definitely go back.

This is the BEST Papa Murphys! The workers are so nice! Once I forgot my coupon, and they gave me the discount anyway. But not only is there great customer service, the pizza is super good!!! We have been to some Papa Murphys where it appears the kids hate their jobs, and make the pizzas like they are just trying to get through the day… not so at this one! Thank you Troutdale Papa Murphys for being the BEST!

For those times when you don’t want to pay $ 30 for a pizza, but are horrified by frozen pizza. Perfectly edible. Better than chain pizza.
