Alchemy Networks

Excellent service. They are very intelligent and know exactly how to remedy my computer issues. It’s great he makes house calls-​he corrected my wireless network problems too. Highly recommend!

I went to Alchemy Networks to support business in San Geronimo Valley. I asked Scott to fix my computer so that I could get Flash Player. He said he charged $ 80.00 but would clean up my computer for $ 120. When I got my computer back, Windows no longer supported me. He said I should get a legal copy of Windows which he said he would install for free. I made an appointment to bring it to him. When I got there with my harddrive, he wasnt home. I had to bring it back the next morning. I was without a computer for 5 days. He ordered Windows and charged me $ 150.00 for the software. When I picked it up he charged me $ 69.95 which he had previously said he would install it for free. I told him I wouldnt have money until the 1^st of the December and he cashed the check on the 29^th of November. AND when I got the harddrive home on Sat night it still didnt work. Scott said to bring it back when he was open on Monday night when I got off work. Another person who is starting a computer business in San Geronimo Valley came to my house, diagnosed the problem (Scott had set the resolution too high for my monitor) and fixed it for free.
He overcharges, does not keep appointments, changes agreements and is inflexable with his business hours.
I would not go to Alchemy Networks again and I will not recommend him to my friends.
